The Calgary Women's Soccer Association has partnered up with the Foothills UWS team to put on a Skills Camp from July 4-7!!
If you're not familiar, UWS is the United Women's Soccer League which includes players from the National Women's Soccer League. The Foothills UWS team includes top level elite players from Calgary and across Canada!
The camp is run entirely by Foothills UWS players and coaches, so the kids would get one-on-one time with these top level athletes, and learn more about the sport they love! Then, as if that weren't cool enough, the kids who register in the camp will receive FREE ENTRY to watch their camp leaders in a UWS game against the Houston Aces on July 8!!
The camp is for boys and girls of all skill levels, runs rom 10-3 at Lake Placid Field, and includes tee-shirt, and their ticket to the July 8th game (not to mention all the fun of the camp itself!). Registration is now open at mycwsa.ca or at calgaryfoothillssoccer.com, and costs $250 per player.
Your child will need a water bottle, lunch, and cleats or running shoes for each day of camp. Camps will run from 10am-3pm at Lake Placid Field (1143 Lake Placid Dr. SE)
A teeshirt and game day ticket are included in the camp cost!
